Schleider's factory-trained service technicians are happy to help customers with warranty claims and after-sale service for everything we sell. While many issues can be handled with an in-home service call, in the event that an item must be brought into our shop, we will arrange for pick up at the original delivery address. Service calls and pick ups are covered by these conditions:
Warranty service: Within 180 days of purchase, we will pick up and service warranty issues at no additional charge. After 180 days from purchase, service calls include trip fees* and any cost of labor that is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Non-warranty service: $50 per hour labor charge plus trip fees* if we travel to the delivery address to service merchandise or to pick it up for service in the store.

$50 up to 50 miles
$100 up to 75 miles
Price quoted for addresses over 75 miles from the store.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT. IT IS YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE AND MAY BE REQUIRED IF YOU NEED WARRANTY SERVICE.
