Less than $500 — $30 up to 30 miles; $50 up to 50 miles; $100 up to 75 miles.
$500 - $1999 — FREE up to 50 miles; $80 up to 75 miles
$2000 and up – FREE up to 50 miles; price on request beyond 50 miles.
Your sales associate will quote delivery charges for addresses over 75 miles from the store.
For your convenience, Schleider's delivery persons are authorized to accept C.O.D. payments at the time of delivery. Payment will be acknowledged on your delivery receipt.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from store inventory: Your purchase is backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Purchases made from in-stock inventory may be exchanged for reselection one-time within 30 days of purchase provided there is no damage or wear and tear to the original item. To qualify, merchandise must be deemed warrantable and saleable by store personnel. Dirt, stains, soiling or other damage voids this offer. Please note: For the health and safety of our customers and store personnel, to be eligible for return, mattress purchases must include the purchase and use of a breathable, waterproof mattress protector. Soiled or stained mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased by special order: Your special order purchase is backed by Schleider's 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Special order merchandise may be exchanged for reselection one-time within 30 days of purchase provided there is no damage or wear and tear to the original item. To qualify, merchandise must be deemed warrantable and saleable by store personnel. Special order returns and exchanges are subject to restocking fees and trip charges, as shown below:
- 20% restocking fee if item is returned for reselection
- 25% restocking fee if item is returned for credit or refund
Mattresses and foundations (in addition to return and exchange policies): We are happy to help you pursue a warranty issue on mattresses and foundations. For all other returns and exchanges (e.g., comfort, style), to qualify for return or exchange:
- Buyer(s) must purchase a breathable, waterproof mattress protector at the same time the new bedding is purchased. Mattress must have been covered by the mattress protector throughout the sleep trial and until the product is returned to the store. Bedding manufacturers will not warranty or allow returns/exchanges of bedding that is soiled or stained.
- Buyer(s) must complete a ten (10) day sleep trial, which begins on the delivery or in-store pick up date. Mattresses take time to break in and adjust to the same feel you experienced in the showroom. If you are dissatisfied with the mattress after the sleep trial, we are happy to help you reselect.
- Original mattress law tag must still be attached to the mattress.

Trip charges for returns/exchanges: If pickup is required, trip charges are added, as shown below:
- $30 up to 30 miles
- $50 up to 50 miles
- $100 up to 100 miles
- More than 75 miles: price on request
